Ingredients:
- • Oil - 3 tbsp
- • Spring Onion - 4 white part chopped finely
- • Carrot - 1 chopped finely
- • Beans - 2 cups chopped finely
- • Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp or to taste
- • Black Pepper Powder to taste
- • Salt to taste
- • Sugar ½ tps
- • Aromatic powder
- • Finely chopped spring onions
- • Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Method:
- Cook basmati rice and drain it. Cool it completely.
- Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
- Add the veggies, and cook for 1minute on high heat till tender.
- Add in aromats, salt, sugar,pepperandsoy sauce and mix well.
- Add in cooked rice and toss well.
- Now add some extra spring onion greens and mix well.
- Serve hot.
