Ingredients:
- • 1 tablespoon Oil
- • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- • ½ teaspoon Methi powder
- • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
- • 1 teaspoon Tomato chop
- • ½ teaspoon Green chilli chop
- • 1 teaspoon Onion chop
- • 1 teaspoon Garlic chop
- • ½ teaspoon Ginger chop
- • 180gms Palak
- • Salt to taste
- • 1 teaspoon Cream
- • 1 teaspoon Butter
- • 10gms Baby corn
- • 10 gms Mushroom
- • 10gms Green peas
- • 10gms Beans
- • 10gms Carrot
- • 10gms Cauliflower
Method:
- Keep a large pan with 2 cups of water on the Gas and switch it on. Let the water boil and then Add the palak and boil 2 minute drain and keep in ice water to get cold. After cold make it paste.
- Keep a large pan with 2 cups of water on the Gas and switch it on. Let the water boil and then add cauliflowers, carrots, mushroom, babycorn, green peas, and beans in it and boil for 2 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep the veggies aside.
- Heat oil in another pan and add cumin seeds, Let them splutter and then add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger and green chilli. Fry till it becomes translucent and then add the chopped tomatoes. Continue to cook on medium flame
- As soon as the tomatoes are almost done, add cumin powder, spinach paste and boiled vegetables and mix well. Add the salt and reduce the flame to minimum. and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Stir in between, till the Spinach and veggies are all done.
- Finally add the Butter, fresh cream and mix. Cook for another 1 minute and then put off the gas. Garnish with Cream.
