- Blueberry Compote

- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Transfer in oven safe bowls & put in the oven
- When finished, divide the creamy mixture among 7-8 oven-safe dishes.
- Next, fill an aluminium tray with a cup of water and arrange the bowls in the tray at equal spacing.
- Bake the yoghurt mixture for 10-12 minutes
- Bake the creamy mixture for 10-12 minutes in an aluminium baking pan.
- When finished, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Then cool for around 3 hours before serving chilled.
