- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup (check the consistency and add more)

- 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Salt as per taste
- Main dish:
- 2 eggsChopped coriander
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili pepper
- black pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato Ketchup
- Ghee
- 3-4 tsp oil

Chicken egg parantha is a delicious recipe that is packed with protein-rich ingredients including chicken and egg. The tasty rolls can be made in 30 minutes and if you already have leftover dough, it will only take 20 minutes to cook. The roll is doused in rich flavours of spices, the juiciness of eggs, and chicken.
How to Make Chicken Egg Parantha Roll
- Marinate chicken in the ingredients mentioned above. Now in a hot pan, pour some oil and add the marinated chicken. Cook until tender.
- Break eggs in a bowl, add salt and coriander leaves. Mix well. Apply oil in a pan and pour the mixture. Make a soft omelette.
- Next, make parathas by taking a round dough ball. Flatten it with a rolling pin and add 1 tsp ghee, salt, and pepper. Fold the dough and flatten it in a triangle shape
- Now apply oil to the pan and cook the parantha.
- Apply mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on the parantha. Then add the omelette and further fill in the chicken pieces. Now roll the wrap and eat it hot.
