Ingredients:
- 500 gm fish fillets
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 gm tamarind pulp
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Rava (soojee), to coat fish
- Oil to deep fry

How to Make Rava Fried Fish
- Marinate fish in chilli powder, salt, tamarind, turmeric and garlic for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil
- Dip fish in soojee to coat on both sides and deep fry till crisp and brown
- Serve hot.
