How to Make Aloo Uttapam
1- Rice should be soaked for five hours. Now, combine soaked rice, boiling potatoes, water, ginger, and green chilies in a blender.
2- When the batter is prepared, transfer it to a big bowl. Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and onions now.
3- Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend this. Now, warm a tawa and pour a ladle’s worth of this into it.
4- Cook both sides before serving!
