Ingredients:
- Oil
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Carrots
- Chopped Bell Peppers
- Chopped Cabbage
- Boiled Noodles
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Powder
- Black Pepper Powder
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- Soya Sauce
- Green Chillies

- First finely chop all the veggies and keep aside.
- Boil 4.5 cups water in a pot or pan with ½ teaspoon salt and a few drops of oil.
- Add the hakka noodles.
- Cook the hakka noodles according to the package instructions. The noodles have to be cooked till al dente or just about cooked.
- Drain cooked noodles in a colander. Then rinse noodles with fresh water very well. This stops the cooking process and removes the starch.
- Now for the final mix
- Heat the oil
- Add the veggies in the pan and begin to sautee the vegetables
- Stir fry the veggies on high flame (Make sure you don’t overcook them)
- Add the Noodles
- Add Salt to taste
- Add 1 Tbsp of Chilli Powder
- Sprinkle some Black Pepper Powder
- Sugar, to balance the taste and to retain the color of the vegetables
- Add 1Tbsp of Vinegar and Soya Sauce and mix it well
- Add Green chillies and start mixing while the noodles and the veggies blend together in the wholesome taste of the added ingredients.
- Serve it hot!
