Ingredients:
- 2 Wheat Flour
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 200 gms Paneer
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 7-8 Olives
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Olive oil for cooking
- Base For Pizza Sauce:
- 2 cups Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 7-8 Basil leaves
- salt
- Oregano
- red chilli flakes to taste

Try this healthy pizza recipe. Wheat flour pizza base replaces refined flour base, paneer (cottage cheese) replaces processed cheese, and olive oil replaces butter.
How to Make Healthy Paneer Pizza
- Make pizza sauce by cooking tomato puree with all the spices and basil in olive oil.
- Spread the sauce on pizza base.
- Top it with onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms and olives.
- Grate and splay paneer on top of it
