Ingredients:
- 1 Kilograms Chicken
- 5 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilli chopped
- 1 cup Onion (Sliced)
- 2 nos Tomato (sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 stalk Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt – As required

How to Make Kerala-Style Chicken Curry
1- Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and a pinch of salt, saute well.
2- Add chopped chilly and ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 mins. Add Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
3- Add chicken masala, saute for a minute. Then, add tomatoes and cook for a minute.
4- Add chicken pieces, mix well, close the pan and cook for 5 mins.
5- Pour 2 cups of water and cook till the meat gets cooked well. Then add pepper powder and mix well.
6-Sprinkle curry leaves and coriander leaves over the top of the gravy.
7- Chicken curry is ready.
