Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Kolim
- 2 nos Chopped spring onion with white and green both
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 11/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 nos Egg
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- Oil
- 11/2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Salt to taste

How to Make Kolim Wade
1- Firstly, wash and clean the kolim (baby shrimps) properly.
2- Then add all the ingredients mentioned above.
3- Mix it very well.
4- Then make a tikki , then seared on a pan both side.
5- Served with mint chutney
