- 1/4 Cup Chopped Carrot
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- Water

How to Make Manchow Momo Soup
1- You first need to finely chop all veggies like cabbage, carrot, onion and capsicum followed ginger and garlic.
2- The next step is, take a large vessel, fill it with water and add all these veggies into it.
3- Bring it to a boil.
4- Now is the time of adding seasonings and sauces like soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce along with salt and pepper.
5- Simmer for about 5-6 mins.
6- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and there you get your soup ready.
