Ingredients:
- • 2 Mexican chapattis / (Corn Tortilla )
- • 3 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- • 3 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
- • 3 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
- • 3-4 olives, sliced
- • 1 cheese
- • Butter for frying
- • Salt to taste
- • Red chilli to taste
- • Oregano to taste
- • Red chili sauce to taste
Method:
- Mix onions, tomatoes, capsicum and olives.
- Add salt, red chili, red chili sauce as per taste.
- Heat a pan and some butter.
- Place one roti on the pan.
- Add the filling and the cheese single.
- Place the roti over the filling and press slightly.
- Add more butter and flip the roti to cook from other side.
- Cook until the chapattis are little crisp and the cheese melts.
