Ingredients:
- Basmati rice 100 gm
- Frozen green peas 100 gm
- Saffron 2 gm
- Ghee 20 ml
- Salt 10 gm
- Green Cardamom 2 gm
- Water 200 ml
- Fresh Cream 50 ml
- Milk 50 ml

Method:
- Wash and soak rice.
- Make a mixture of saffron, milk and fresh cream on slow flame.
- Heat ghee add green cardamom, rice & sauté it.
- Add water, salt, green peas and saffron mixture, seal the cover with a tight fitting lid and cook over very low heat for 20 minutes on dum.
- Serve hot.
