Veg Manchurian made without oil to make your favourite Indo-Chinese snack a healthy affair. And the best part is – this recipe is made with sooji instead of maida.
How to Make Sooji Manchurian
- For balls: Take a large container, add sooji, curd, salt, pepper along with some finely chopped veggies. Add water and mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Make small balls out of the dough and bake, air fry or steam them for about 10 minutes.
- Once the balls are ready, heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic , green chillies and chopped cabbage, grated carrot and diced onions and capsicum. Saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
- To this add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce (optional) and tomato ketchup. Now add the water, stir and let it cook for minute or so.
- Add corn flour mixed with water to thicken the consistency of the gravy. Now, add the manchurian balls to the pan and mix it well with gravy.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy!
