Ingredients:
- • 1 cup of sweet corn
- • 1 onion
- • 12 pieces of garlic
- • ¼ cup of butter
- • ½ cup of carrot (finely chopped)
- • 1 Tbsp of conrflour powder
- • 3 Green chillies
- • 1 Tbsp pepper
Method:
- Heat the pan with oil.
- Add green beans, cabbage and carrot in the pan.
- Saute green beans, cabbage and carrot until it becomes soft.
- Add 2 cups of running water in the pan and boil it for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 Tablespoon of sugar
- Add ½ Tablespoon of salt to taste.
- Stir it well.
- Now add 20 gms sweetcorn paste/cream in the mixture.
- Stir it well while boiling it for a minute.
- Add corn flour to the mixture and keep stirring.
- Serve it hot.
