Ingredients:
- •2 Onions, roughly chopped
- •2 Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- •1 Carrot
- •1/2 cup Peas
- •1 Capsicum
- •1/2 cup Beans
- •1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- •10 Cashew Nuts
- •Salt to taste
- •Red chilli powder to taste
- •1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- •1 tsp Ginger
- •1 tsp Garlic
- •2 Bay leaves
- •1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- •1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- •1 tsp Coriander Powder
- •1/4 cup Cream
Method:
- Chop all the veggies and boil them al-dente.
- Saute onions till they go brown.
- Strain and keep aside.
- Saute tomatoes, cashews, ginger and garlic.
- Blend along with onions to make paste.
- Heat oil in the pan, roast green chilli and cumin seeds.
- Cook the onion-tomato-cashew paste.
- Add salt and spices.
- Mix well.
- Add veggies and simmer till the veggies are fully cooked.
- Add cream, bring to boil.
- Serve it hot.
