Ingredients:
- Assorted summer vegetable 350 gm
- Potato 500 gm
- French Fries 700 gm
- Tomato 200 gm
- Burger Bun 200 gm
- Salt 100 gm
- Peppercorn Black 200 gm
- Gruyere Cheese Slice 200 gm
- Gherkin 200 gm
- Oil 400 ml
- Breadcrumbs 200 gm
- Onion Rings 200 gm
- White Chick Pea 300 gm
- Mustard Mayonnaise 5gm

- Boil potato, and white chick peas, peel and mash. Blanch all other summer vegetables, coarsely blend together and mix with the potato mash.
- Season well with salt and pepper and form even size round patties 70-80 gm each size
- Crumb the vegetable burger patty and deep fry in oil
- Cut burger bun into half horizontal side. And toast towards the cut side.
- Apply mayonnaise on bun, put cooked patty on top of the burger base
- Put cheese slice on the top of the cooked patty and put under salamander to melt.
- Arrange lettuce, tomato slice, onion rings , and gherkin on melted cheese. Close with the other cut bun.
- Serve hot with French fries., tomato ketchup, mayonnaise .
